Welcome to Make Your Mark I! This gorgeous, 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath, private home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. This luxury beachfront home will wow you from the first step inside!

The lower level features two king ensuites with luxurious walk-in showers complete with rain heads and body sprayers. Both bedrooms have pristine beach views and have sliding glass doors that lead straight out to the Tiki bar area, BBQ, and dune walkover – leading you right to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

The 2nd floor of the home includes the main living area with an amazing view of the gulf, full gourmet kitchen, bar, and designer dining space. It boasts a large beachfront pool offering you the best panoramic beach views. The large pool, complete with 6 jacuzzi jets, sits right outside the door. The views from this deck are nothing short of amazing with clear views of both the city and county piers. The 2nd floor features two king ensuites. One bedroom features a large custom walk-in shower with the other bedroom having a tub/shower combo for the little ones or for those who enjoy a nice soak after a day in the sun! Travel from floor to floor in the luxury elevator.

Up on the 3rd floor you will find two exceptional master suites with beach views. The west master bedroom boasts gorgeous views of the sunset from every angle in the room including the resort style master bath complete with soaking tub for 2 and a glass shower. You can take in the dynamic views of the beach from the tub, shower, bedroom and private third floor balcony. The second master bedroom (east) captures both the sunrise and the sunset. Along with the beach view. The views are positively panoramic with the county pier to the east and the sunset to the west. This master also has a deluxe walk-in shower with rain head and body spray. Enjoy unobstructed views from the shower of the glorious blue, green, and aqua waters of the gulf. The media room on the 3rd floor also includes 2 queen size sleeper sofas. This room also opens to the private third floor balcony with views that go on for miles!

Make Your Mark is equipped with all the personal touches and amenities of a full-time residence. Featuring chic and comfortable interiors throughout the home for a relaxed flow in the open concept floor plan. This home is perfect for large or multiple families to enjoy all the beauty and experiences of staying in Panama City Beach.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator** equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.

Your pool is heated! We aren’t talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 89 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you’re going to need it during you stay.

“Make Your Mark” has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

There are many things we could rave about: 3 refrigerators, two kitchen sink areas, 7 ensuites, 2 washer and dryer sets, gorgeous views, sparsely populated beach, 2 outdoor showers, rec room with pool and foosball tables, clean, relatively new construction. We didn't like the location due to noise. We heard the traffic behind us all day and into the night - lots of motorcycle and dune buggies due to rental places just a block down. Large party houses nearby. The Saturday night of our arrival there were 3 weddings on the beach 2 one one side and 1 on the other. One after party had a DJ who played music loudly from 5 pm to 11 pm, when we finally called beach patrol for some peace and quiet. The number of dishes and quality of the pots an pans is an issue. There was no stock pot and only one each of larger and medium pots! If we had, had 20 people there, there would not have been enough pots, plates or silverware to serve a single meal and certainly, one dishwasher would not have been enough either. The multitude of frying pans didn't matter since they were all scraped up. We were glad there was a small rice cooker because we didn't have enough of the right size of pots. In general, the kitchen would benefit from $300 on plates, silverware and pots & pans. The outdoor table in the main level pool area is only large enough for six people but has only 4 chairs. Other furniture on the pool deck were sofas and chaise lounges - no chairs to move but the large inside chairs. We would have eaten dinner on the pool deck if there had been more seating and a larger table. Our biggest complaint (it is a law there is no getting around it,) is the door to the pool deck from the main floor is set to alarm within 3 seconds if you don't push a button on the wall before you exit; even when you do, you can't leave the door open more than 12 seconds. To go outside on that level you have to push the button and scurry through. The alarm is ungodly loud. More than two people with a hand full of something is all who can get through unless someone else stands by the button and keeps pushing it. So, there is NO FLOW between deck and main floor. It made taking dinner outside even more of a big deal. With beautiful October weather, it was a huge drag: we normally turn AC off and open the door. None of the windows open, so if you want fresh air, you have to stay on the first and third floors, beachside only. read less

 The street out front can be a little loud, but nothing that kept us up at night. I wish the property had beach chairs, towels and bikes for guest use. Other homes we rented have all had those amenities. 



The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were all comfortable. I would consider renting this property again. read less

We... read moreThe Home was beautiful, just exactly what we were hoping for. Plenty of room for our family of 24. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area, where we spent a great deal of our time. We loved the easy access to the ocean where they logged in many hours of boogie boarding and sand castle building. We had a wonderful time, and have many family memories that will be with us forever. We had one unfortunate incident, as the arms of the chase lounges were broke. We noticed on day one all but 2 of the 6 were broken and were careful when using, but unfortunately my wife, went to get out of the chair and the arm slipped and the metal went through her hand. She had to take her to the Immediate Care and she received 4 stitches. We contacted the Mgmt Company immediately and someone did come out to the house, but she seemed more worried about the Internet being out (which never did work from Wednesday on) than my wife's injury. We showed her the broken chairs and feel like a screw driver could have fixed them. We expected someone from maintenance to come out but that didn't happen so we had to be overly cautious with the kids to make sure that no one else was injured on the chairs. Unfortunately after the accident, my wife did not have the ocean/pool enjoyment with the grandkids as she had hopped. Incident report was sent on Sunday once we returned home and to this date we have not been contacted by anyone, which we were told would happen after the incident report was submitted. read less

It was also well stocked with everything you need, game room was a wonderful bonus, pool was perfect especially for the few double red flag days, house was so well designed kids could stay up late without keeping the entire house awake. Highly recommend this house. We had an amazing time. We did see a few people being saved from a rip tide, welcome book warns you and tells you how to get out of them. Again amazing house!!!! read less

The number of... read moreThis house is absolutely beautiful, and perfect for our family! It was very clean, and well kept. The number of bathrooms and bedrooms, made it extra convenient! There were double red flags on the beach, for the first 2 days of our stay, but, having the pool, made it a non-issue. It is costly to rent, and because of this, I thought the extra charges for the use of the elevator, propane bottle, and pool cleaning, should have been included. Also, it would be great if there were beach. lounge chairs, included with the house. To rent the beach chairs from a local company, for our group of 16, was ridiculously expensive. Overall, our vacation was perfect! I hope to use this company, and this house again! read less
